This year saw a massive shift in the landscape. In August, the release of GPT-5 moved us from simple pattern matching to advanced logical reasoning. However, as the technology grew more powerful, the implementation gap widened.

Industry data from McKinsey and S&P highlighted a "Funnel of Failure": while 88% of companies now use AI, only about 10% have successfully scaled AI Agents across the enterprise. Out of the AI pilots of previous years, only 14% successfully scaled these pilots to full production by mid-2025. The wall they hit was built from data readiness challenges and high integration costs. At Allganize, we didn't just watch this happen—we built the ladder to get our customers over that wall.

While the market became crowded with "agent builders," we doubled down on the data reliability and no-code depth that enterprises actually need.

• Agentic RAG: We solved the "messy data" problem. Our RAG can now identify and resolve discrepancies, contradictions across siloed systems to find the ground truth.
• Deep Research & Data Analyst Agents: We launched specialized agents that can perform deep internal research and conduct complex analysis on large unstructured and  structured datasets and spreadsheets.
• Enterprise Governance: With new approval workflows and advanced guardrail management, we gave IT leaders the control they need to deploy with confidence.
• The Power of Choice: We maintained our "No LLM Lock-in" philosophy. As new models emerged, our customers were able to pivot instantly to the best tool for each specific use case.

The Results: Growth Through Trust

We are proud to share that Allganize achieved 73% YoY growth in 2025, reaching over 300 enterprise customers. This growth spanned every major sector – from Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Transportation & Logistics to Software, Hospitality and Government.

Perhaps the metric I am most proud of is our churn: we can count the customers who left us on one hand. In a year where 42% of businesses scrapped at least one major AI initiative, our customers stayed because our AI actually works on their "messy" data.

Our success came down to three core pillars:

1. Handling the Messy Reality: While standard RAG struggled with duplicates and silos, large and complex files, our Agentic RAG thrived, turning vast, chaotic data into actionable intelligence.

3. Enterprise-wide Scalability: With true no-code agent builder and out-of-the-box integrations with most leading enterprise systems.
4. Deployment Flexibility: Whether SaaS or On-Prem, we met security requirements that others couldn't.
