Who You Are:

As our Growth Hacker, your primary motivation is rapid and sustainable growth for Allganize by improving customer acquisition. By leveraging your creativity, analysis, and understanding of market trends, you contribute to building and maintaining a strong brand identity that resonates deeply with our target audience.

Specifically, you’ll tackle these roles and responsibilities with relative ease:

  • Developing and executing strategies that drive rapid user or customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Pivot the business' growth trajectory by leveraging data relating to user behavior, running growth strategy experiments, evaluating the effectiveness of the experiments on user experience, and exploring marketing channels.
  • Close collaboration with design, product, and customer success teams to conceptualize and go-to-market with new features or products aligned with our growth initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as user acquisition, retention, and revenue, making a data-driven business case for every decision.
  • Develop creative content (e.g. social media posts, blog articles, etc.) to drive user engagement and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and best practices.

In addition, you have these qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: B.S. in marketing, statistics, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Three or more years of producing verifiable positive outcomes in B2B SaaS.
  • Digital ‍Marketing Savvy: Knowledge of the marketing fundamentals and strategies that uncover opportunities and the effective implementation of growth tactics. Direct hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and measure the success of growth initiatives. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, and other analytics tools.
  • ‍Technical Prowess: Use various tools, technologies, and software to conduct experiments, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • ‍Collaborative Spirit: Effectively partnering with other teams and stakeholders to align growth initiatives with the overall business objectives.
  • ‍Experimentation: Vigorously test, iterate, and refine growth strategies based on data analysis and feedback.
  • ‍Adaptability: React fluently to changes and stay up-to-date with the current trends and technologies to ensure that growth strategies remain effective.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or professional certifications in Marketing.
  • Expertise with sales/marketing-enablement platforms such as ZoomInfo and HubSpot.
  • Power-user of design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid office environment and using remote tools.
